Spirits & Twigs is a well-renowned local and online Spiritual and Herbal Wellness store based out of Minot, North Dakota that has continually featured a variety of high-quality and affordable products And services since day one. My passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and continues to drive us into the future. I believe that we have the ability to heal ourselves holistically in many ways. I strive to provide products and services to uplift the body, mind, and spirit. Women’s health is my specialty and I strive to show that support every day. I run women’s retreats and I am a Reiki Master, a Certified Yoni Steam Practitioner, Womb Yoga Instructor, and Womb Reiki Master. Thank you for going on this journey with me.
